Hey Martin, good speech, but what about your PRs? Can you just stop
talking and check what you committing?
Looking inside ports after your "work" is killing any desire to work
on project. You doing sh%t for ages and still writing about "hey,
people demotivating me, ohoh". Man, you need grow up.

Find free time, look your emails about what issue people pointed you
personaly in past month.
