Never mind, I had a look at the Makefile instead of the diff. The diff
gave the impression that the port used to require the Mysql client when
option MYSQL was set. But "mysql" is in USE_PHP, so that is take care of
and the MYSQL option only needs to be selected if you really want the
MYSQL server. The name is a bit confusing, but at least the description
is right :)
