- Utilize per-architecture feature of new OPTIONS framework
- Define LICENSE (GPLv2), drop shlib version numbers from LIB_DEPENDS
- Fix DESKTOP_ENTRIES (add categories)
- Cleanup Makefile and port description while I am here
