Commits to this file should be made with change they reflect, removal,
renaming, and resurrections, so no, in reallity, no commit log for this
file should ever be "Add/Remove/Fix MOVED".

If only committers actually followed our procedures when
adding/moving/removing ports, these fix commits would never be required.
