Hello Jan,

Thanks for the report, I looked upstream and noticed a bug report was
already open for the .ico issue. I got the upstream patch already
localy. I'm still looking into the openfx issue, but I thoughed I
should send a mail that I'm looking into these problems instead of not
saying anything.
