Now Porter's Handbook allows a submitter for to suppy new port as diff against empty context
as alternative to shar archive and our patch(1) utility does not create non-existing directories
and places newly created files/* to the current directory.

I've faced this for the first time and missed files/*. I'll fix it ASAP.
