This version of tripwire shares the same syntax as tripwire-131, both 
of which are incompatible with the currently supported tripwie. Unlike 
tripwire-131, which is GPL, tripwire12 does not suffer from GPL disease.

If someone does want a copy of the distfile, for whatever reason, I do 
have a copy in my archives and am willing to share. Regardless of the 
license, tripwire is long in the tooth and this is a good time to 
finally let it go.
