it seems that this upgrade has broken gitlab-ce port.
I got a report from @tz that gitlab activity does not work anymore.

I will upgrade now everything and try to reproduce the problem @tz has
with this new version.

It could by, that we have to make version 0.2.1 available as
rubygem-ruby-fogbugz021.
