Please, do not omit port's name from the log when committing across many
ports: now all the Makefiles you've touched would have this confusing
"Update to 4.5.0" logged while the actual port that was updated is some
other.

I've asked this before, I think.  Please do not ignore other developers
that work with the Ports Tree.
