After a try, I find DEBIAN_POOL can not be used here because DEBIAN_POOL
contains port name while is wrong here. Note the portname is
hardening-check while the distname is hardening-wrapper_${PORTVERSION}.

The portlint do not report problems for these and I think it is better to
get warnings when making the port. I submitted 2 PRs for portlint to add
warnings for MASTER_SITES and SEHBANG_LANGS.
