I havent seen any announcement about this TIMESTAMP thing, nor there is any information in the UPDATING, so I thought its some half-baked work-in-progress, therefore I am removing it from my distfiles, when it sneaks in. Note, I am not doing it as any form of 'disagreement' or having anything against it, but simply due to lack of any information what that thing is.
