It's fine for 33.x but going to be backed out for 34.x per bug 194863.
After bug 193555 using -O3 on lang/clang34 should be stable. clang in
base is only affected on 9.2-RELEASE but ignored by USES=compiler
because clang 3.2 isn't c++11 enough.
