Please call this "PostgreSQL" or "POSTGRESQL".  Despite the existing
styles, I think the mixed-case version is better. We use the
identifier as seen on this page: https://spdx.org/licenses/.

Please add FSF per: http://directory.fsf.org/wiki/PostgreSQL. I've
just asked but I think this was not included on
https://www.gnu.org/licenses/license-list.html since it is similar to
the ISC/MIT/etc. licenses

Please remove this file and set LICENSE_FILE.  The license is a
template as it requires per licensor changes.
