Both of them are my fault and I appologies for them, next time I will get you
included since the begining, for compiler.mk I felt rushy as there were more and
more hacks around the ports tree that were leading to more and more mixup of STL
libraries. For fortran it was rushy as well, as package building for 10.0 are
coming, tijl solution was working and allowing to have octave packages for 10.0.

I'm sorry and I'm really looking forward to more collaboration on next steps on
compilers.

I'll try as well to improve my communication.
