because the first patch also works (compatibility code in bsd.options.mk makes
sure of that) and preparing the release is quite a lot of activity so this can
happen, but actually nothing has been broken with this patch, and the resulted
package will remain unchange, so not a big deal.
Thank you Jason for having spotted this and proposed a fix.
