Log:
  Remove ${PYDISTUTILS} from BUILD_DEPENDS. That was the only consumer of this.
  
  while on it:
  - strip Makefile header
  - make COMMENT looks nicier
  - limit python version to 2.x
  - whitespace fixes in pkg-descr
