Log:
  Remove instructions about outdated KDE4 and replace
  them with KDE5 Plasma.
  
  The instructions are rewritten to cover KDE5 specifics
  like installing the necessary packages (SDDM).
  
  Happy KDE5-ing on FreeBSD!
