Enable FreeBSD/Xen Dom0 Support to FreeBSD EFI Loader [Week 1]

Hi,

I have already set up my development infrastructure and established a
workflow which seems convenient to me.

I spent my first week exploring code and getting familiar with boot
process. Except for various debug outputs I didn't produce any code
during this week. I also started reading Multiboot2 Specification.
