weekly report-2 "Add cd emulation in CTL"

Report for WEEK-2 :

I am reading code and making changes to the CTL code at head/sys/cam/ctl.

I have created a freebsd code repository in github by forking from
http://github.com/freebsd/freebsd/

My repository URL is : http://github.com/neerajrawat/freebsd

I added code lines with which lun could represent itself as CD lun.
T_CDROM device type needs to be set for the lun.

And T_CDROM is added in the ctl code so that scsi could create cdX device
in /dev.
