[BSNMP Enhancements] Status Report #3

Hi all,

This is status report #3 for the GSoC project - BSNMP Enhancements.

Work done in the last week:
* Modified BEGEMOT-SNMPD-MIB, tree.def to add definitions for IPv6
* Modified snmpd.config to define IPv6 default values for PortStatus

Work to be done in the next week:
* Complete IPv6 implementation of UDP transport code
* Compile and test UDP transport using IPv6
