NFS + ACLs -- NFSv4?

NFSv4 apparently has support for ACLs, and they look a little like POSIX
ACLs.  I sat in on an IETF NFSv4 working group meeting this morning, but
haven't really been following the whole process -- was wondering if anyone
else out there has been following or participating in the NFSv4 process?
