posix mac

Tomorrow i read posix.1e mac chapter carefully. My opinion - posix mac
suxx. :( It doesn't control sockets operations (maybe just because sockets
are not posix api?) and it doesn't have access level decrement rule.
I know, that it is simply Bell-LaPadula model, but i suppose life is hard
without decresing. Any comments?

PS. posix like standard is very good idea, but i want just improve a 
little its' content.
PSS. Does anybody implement MAC under linux? I think we should provide
filesystem labeling compatibility.
