	Add the missing size_classes.sh to jemalloc
	
	As stated in the comment at the top of size_classes.h, this is
	needed to generate that file. It appears to be present in other
	versions of jemalloc[1] and is listed in FreeBSD's Xlist file,
	but never seems to have been committed to SVN/P4.
