	Add stub kernel configuration and hints files for the BERI port of
	FreeBSD.  Not much to see here yet, but the kernel links.  For the
	time being, use xkphys's cached, non-coherent direct map for the
	kernel.  BERI is currently uniprocessor-only; once this changes, we
	may need to select a different mapping with stronger coherency
	properties.
