	Lift the Deimos Altera JTAG UART driver and drop into the BeriBSD
	tree.  This code is not yet adapted for FreeBSD, but will form a
	starting point for the JTAG UART IP core driver.  This core allows
	soft UART cores in the FPGA to be exposed on the host computer via
	nios system console sessions.
