System information with no active screensaver yet XFCE screen blanks with no
keyboard or mouse response to restore display of XFCE DE resulting in forcing a
system reboot

System information via CLI showing no active screensaver yet XFCE screen blanks
with no keyboard or mouse response to restore display of XFCE DE.  This results
in user forcing a system reboot.
