i386 XEN PV kernel and SMP

Hi!

I am thinking about fixing bug 155468  and see that 
HYPERVISOR_vcpu_op(VCPUOP_intialize, cpu, &ctxt) returns -EINVAL. If I 
understand XEN code correctly, it could happen if we had wrong 
vcpu_info. But I am not sure, wrong values in vcpu_guest_context_t also 
can be involved.

Did anyone try to fix it or just has any additional information about 
this issue?
