glx_disable_ext_buffer_age

Disable buffer_age for x11/cinnamon on iris. This is a follow-up to bug 251836
that I forgot to add to the original Cinnamon update.

Note that this does not fix the original issue reported, which happens on AMD
graphics hardware.
