Thanks! This works now, see http://www.unixarea.de/cyrillic1.jpg

The small screen shows the rows of my keyboard, the upper always the
German labels and the lower what it gives by pressing Win + key.

Thanks again. I have to figure out how to use the same in libreoffice.
