I forgot to mention this is in DPorts but it's probably the same in
freebsd-ports since (excerpt from meson.build):


  if with_opengl
    install_headers(
      'GL/gl.h',
      'GL/glcorearb.h',
      'GL/glext.h',
      subdir : 'GL',
    )
  endif
