Moused-less PS/2 setup is already broken in 12.1 for touchpads so it is a fix
rather than breakage.

I added advice to set rcpt_mask to 6. Setting it to 12 can break hyperv
keyboard in xorg as previous does not support evdev. Never tried FreeBSD on
hyperv, it is only thoughts.

it for unknown reasons.
