There is one known issue with this patch.

It can't properly detect PS/2 mouse in default 12.1 install.
One must add moused_enable="YES" to /etc/rc.conf or kern.evdev.rcpt_mask=12 to
/etc/sysctl.conf to make it working. Otherwise Xorg will listen to silent
devices.
