Good to hear your keyboard is working now.
What kind of mouse device are you using (USB mouse, touchpad,
if so, which model etc.)?

It would be great if you could collect some debug output and share
it with me/us (direct email grembo at freebsd.org).

Command:

./xorg-udev-setup-check.sh -desk

("s" requires sudo, otherwise run it as root without "s").

It won't send anything on its own, so you need to
email the output file (it shows you instructions).

This allows you to check if you're okay with its content
(it shouldn't contain anything sensitive, but better
safe than sorry).
