Xorg with evdev input devices

By switching to Wayland of course :)

But also, I've had this in my xinitrc:

xset r 113 # 2009 bug strikes again https://bbs.archlinux.org/viewtopic.php?id=76747
xset r 116

that link talks about this exact problem, so this should be the fix.
