Built and tested mesa-dri and mesa-libs 19.0.8 on my Intel Broadwell MacBookAir
(HD6000), and it seems to work fine.

This update also fixed my issue with Vulkan (vulkaninfo and vkcube crashes) as
rasied in https://bugs.freebsd.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=242230
