mkfontsdir has been merged into mkfontscale.  Since this touches a lot of
ports, and a lot of dependencies, I'd like to request an exp run to ensure I
haven't missed anything.
Attached patch updates mkfontscale to 1.2.0 and removes mkfontsdir.  It then
updates infrastructure and bumps portrevisions.
