I believe this panic is fixed in FreeBSD 12, but I'm not sure.  Are you
building a custom kernel?  If so, it might be worth trying to build
drm-fbsd11.2-kmod from ports, rather than using packages.  Any chance you can
give FreeBSD 11.3 a try?
