sway no full screen

Hi,

Sway on a Thinkpad T480 (2018 model), wayland on, udev in the kernel activated, mouse and keyboard need about 45 sec to 1 min to get recognize, and no Full Screen.

I've tested that with intel driver, drm-kmod, and scfb but nothing helped on the full screen issue. I am on a FreeBSD HEAD (5 days old or so).

GFX card is a UHD Graphics 620, which actually works ok with i3. Anyone got a idea on these issues?
