Deprecated x11/libXTrap on head - apply to 2019Q4?

Is there any possibility of having ports r513526
https://svnweb.freebsd.org/ports?view=revision&revision=513526
from head applied to branches/2019Q4,
or does that happen automatically for 2020Q1?

It is still being complained about in my periodic daily's security run.
