startx fails after upgrade to 13-current

Add the following 2 lines to /etc/libmap.conf as a work-around:

libssl.so.9	libssl.so.111
libcrypto.so.9	libcrypto.so.111

The shared library numbers have been modified to prevent a
collision with the numbers used by the openssl111 port ...
