There's two goals here. First is to help document what all the moving parts
are of our graphics stack, and which bits may need more attention at the
moment. The second is to highlight the issues that are actively being
worked on. The hope is that with greater visibility into the team that we
can encourage more casual and useful contributions that are well
coordinated. Maybe even publish enough context to spark enough work from
someone not currently contributing that we can lighten the load. Or maybe
somebody has a clever way to test dozens of different video cards in a way
that isn't labor intensive and automate that part of the project. Oh, and a
pony. :)
