Deviating from upstream defaults would increase maintenance burden (e.g., bug
232729). And xatracker builds fine on
11.2 aarch64: https://ptpb.pw/JzOm

I thought testing build on those before landing is obvious. poudriere +
qemu-user-static + native-xtools made cross-compilation easy, so ports/
committers have no good excuse to skip some non-x86 archs.
