update Xorg to 1.19.6 and integrate collective devd enhancements

- Add support for kernels compiled with EVDEV_SUPPORT option enabled.
- Fix bug in evdev type autodetection preventing touchscreen recognition on
64bit arches.
- Patch is rebased on top of current ports tree.
- Xorg version bumped to 1.19.6
- PR/220562 is integrated.
