update of graphics/drm-next-kmod to Linux 4.11 level for recent CURRENT and 11-STABLE

Move to freebsd-x11@

After update I have two issues on my Thinkpad E530 with Ivy Bridge:

1. Image tiering with Composite enabled (https://imgur.com/a/YXwsg)
2. Suspend doesn't work any more. It switches to console and hangs, so I 
need to hold power button.
