If you only need mesa-libs, then llvm is only a build_depends.  Doesn't that
mean that you don't need llvm installed to run your dependent applications? 
And if llvm is not installed, then neither are its support libraries.  Unless
ports statically link to llvm support libraries when they are built, why are
they needed for only a build_depends?
