Are we ready to commit this patch? Anything left preventing this?

It contains significant fixes and reduces the gap with the upcoming 1.20
release of the X.Org server.

Also, while we work on evdev/libinput in userland, what about enabling EVDEV in
HEAD's GENERIC kernel?
