update Xorg servers to 1.18.4

I've updated the Xorg servers patch to enable DRI3 at build time. It is not
enabled at runtime unless all the proper conditions are met. I have tested with
both intel and radeon to verify that DRI2 is still working and also verified
that radeon can use DRI3.
