Status: 10.3, Server 1.18.4, ATI 7.8.0, Radeon HD 5450

FWIW:
On my FreeBSD 10.3-STABLE box, I updated to xorg-server 1.18.4 and
xf86-video-ati 7.8.0.  The display card is an ATI Radeon HD 5450.

Overall status: Seems to work fine.

Playing videos with MPlayer over Xvideo (-vo xv) now shows very
noticeable tearing.  Switching to GL (-vo gl) improves this a lot;
I had to resort to a test video to see that there is still some
tearing.
