Is the impact of this issue greater than discussed in the upstream bug, VDPAU,
which is an option of limited applicability? The question is whether this is
anything needing priority given the bug dates back almost half a year and
mesa-stable was CCed on the fix commit so we can expect it to be in 17.0.4 at
the end of this week.
