Missing Integrated GPU PCI device on Skylake Xeon

FreeBSD does not support OpenCL on Skylake GPUs.

There is a new driver under development, but afaik even that doesn't 
support Skylake yet.

If you want to play around and test the new driver, you can do so. But 
we can't promise anything will work.
